❤️👗Stunning Vintage under dress. 👗❤️

I would love to know exactly what this is or what it was used for. I can only go by context clues and I was in a box with a tiara that is used for a child’s First Communion. I can only assume this is handmade by my Grandmother for my Mom which would then date this early 30s. It is crepe and I think this would have gone under the actual dress or a dress of any kind. All measurements are appropriate and flat. The lace is a bit worn, but if you are handy it’s the kind you can tat or sew together.
