Stunning black dress blouse with sequin pattern

Fun, fun fun is how I describe this blouse. Sheer but lined blouse that has six sequin stripes from midline to hem. Back is solid with a thin tie at the top. Never worn but I bought it to go out for the night in with a pair of jeans and black heels.
