Stunning blue fit and flare cocktail dress by POP pageantry size 4

This showstopper dress gets noticed! Work a few times to awards and pageant appearances! Fitted bodice with rhinestones and cups. Embellishments at the waist and dark blue box pleats with pockets!!! The skirt had horsehair hem so it always looks nice! Rhinestones also adorn the V-neck back of the dress! Every pageant girl needs a dress like this! A few minor spots (see pictures) barely noticeable in person much less on stage but wanted to represent the dress accurately.
