Stunning dark red silky long dress with cowl neck and adjustable straps

This long silky dress is a stunner, with a flowing long front panel (see pic). A cowl neck adds glamour, and the adjustable straps are so helpful. NWT, never worn. Would be gorgeous with a pair of strappy heels for a wedding or fancy dinner event!
