Stunning summer dress

Never worn purchased from a online vendor. Was a little snug for me. Boutique tag is still on it. Listed as a 3X it felt a little snug for me and I normally wear a 18/20 or 2X. It has slight pink at the neckline but not visible when worn, I think it was ink rub from the tag. Purchased for $25
