Stunning vintage Lanz Originals floral dress. The fabric/size tag has worn off but this feels like a cotton and the fabric is in excellent condition! The dress features a removable belt tie and a sweet three pink button closure in the back. Measurements were taken with them item laying flat and are as follows: shoulder to hem 34 inches ( although there is enough fabric to allow the hem to be dropped and inch or two) empire waist: 15.5 inches, Hips : 20 inches. I would say it would fit a modern medium.
