Stunningly beautiful maxi dress in navy with unique detail on sleeves from Lulus

This dress is GORGEOUS! It has only been worn once for family photos! It’s a stunning navy color with a wrap tie waist, stunning detail work on the sleeves with stunning ties on the end that add even more uniqueness, sexy but modest slit down the side. I originally bought this from Lulu’s online for $110. Like I mentioned above it is in absolutely excellent condition, only worn once. I just wish I had more places to wear it! It is a size small fits true to size but because of the tie wrap waist it’s able to be loosened or tightened toward your liking. One of a kind dress, I have never seen one like it!
