lizzardprincess Hi this is Sabrina I hope u got the message about the dried up alkaline liner. And I will gladly give you your 5 stars if u can help me fix this. I know you tried and the packaging was great. It is just all tried out no matter how far down I sharpen it it just crumbles

sarahcarolyn @lizzardprincess this is really odd. That eyeliner was just bought straight from Sephora - it simply wasn’t the right color - bought as gift. I hate this but I literally had it on my desk in its packaging since purchasing. I do not have a solution as it seemed the same as all urban eyeliners. I don’t know how it would be dried out.

lizzardprincess OK i understand that u just got back and i tried to typed u a msg and i will give u your 5 stars back anyway for package looked great, but i have sharpened it twice and its so dried out i cant use it on my eye area skin, it hurts . Sephora is not one of my happy places
