Do these slacks hang on waist? Below waist or are high waisted?

@mdpiano I just tried them on and they are high waisted. The material is very soft, they are stretch. They also have no pockets for a flattering fit. If your interested let me know and like them. Then I will drop them to 9.00 and you will get reduced shipping also. Thanks Cindy
