Reposhing this item I purchased from @clwarner10eb. Loved it, but the Large size is just too big. The elastic waistband is smocked. The lining is stretchy. The overlay isn't. Please measure an existing skirt to make sure this one is the right fit for you. Waist: M-30 1/2"; L-34”; XL-36 1/2” Measurements are approximate, laying flat and unstretched. Smoke free home.
