Style & Co. Mini dress or long top?

Style& Co. Size L woman's dress/top black with floral print. I am 5ft tall and wore as a dress. 30 inches from middle of neckline to hem. Can also be worn as a top with a great pair of leggings.washes great and no ironing. Its super comfortable and helps hide figure flaws.
