Style & Co shirt - Sheer Blue Floral Blouse w/ Bow

Also has snaps on inside of shirt on shoulders (see second to last picture) I'm thinking an undershirt was once attached? *** This Style & Co blue blouse is lightweight and sheer with a small flower pattern. It has a ruching down the front with a bow tied at the bottom, and elastic around sleeves by the wrists. Great condition! Approx.
