It’s like Patent Leather. I don’t think it’s that but it’s kind of like it. A lot of different storage in this wallet. It’s in good condition. There are some strings hanging in the inside ( see pic). They just need to be cut. I don’t see anything open from it. I think it was just extra. With this type of material it easily gets fingerprints on it.
