Nice, smooth, stretchy and soft material. Attached sleeveless tank underneath top of dress. Not sheer at all but light and airy. Handkerchief hemline. White looks dingy but that's my lighting, sorry. This is a NWT dress! Lenght from top of shoulder to bottom hem is 46 to 56 inches. Armpit to armpit is 18 inches without stretching! Elastic waist. Very comfortable dress!
