Condition: Very good, but note it's very wrinkled from storage. Measurements: Size M but fits XS to M due to elastic waist. About 18.5" pit to pit, 13" waist which is elastic and stretches to 18", 36" to lowest hem (about 26 or 27" to highest hem).
