Stylish Black and White collar Blouse

This is a unique top that appears to be 2 tops but is actually 1. The vest is a lightweight knit and the collar is trimmed in pearls. Buttons on the shirt sleeves and a split on the sides of the shirt. Very nice with pants or pencil skirt. New wo/tags. Never worn!
