Stylish Champaign Italy Skirt and Jacket

I bought this beautifully textured Champagne Italy set and never had a chance to wear it (you will find this a recurring theme with me), so it's in terrific condition. It's a black acetate/polyester medium weight skirt and jacket, fully lined, in size 12. It has a bottom ruffle with some shirring, and a flower at the top of the gather. It has shirred sleeve cuffs with black beading. I can find no imperfections, and it needs a loving home. Thank you.
