Stylishly cute button down dress

Ashley Stewart button down dress with feathers on the ends of the sleeves. Colors are vibrant pink, black, olive green and tan. Long sleeves. Size is 18/20. Knee length. 100 percent polyester and very light weight. Practically new only worn a couple times.
