GUC black weaved material, crocodile embossed faux leather (not positive that the parts are real leather so I described it as faux) and wooden round handles. Normal exterior wear with rubbing/fading along top and bottom edges of the faux leather. Interior has clean black fabric lining and one zippered pocket. Zippers are zippy.
