Such a fun cocktail dress. Pictures do not do this justice

I wore this dress 2 times. The best time was at a circus themed ball ( note the red nose red shoes and striped tights.) it was a fun a flirty dress. The second time I wore it everyone asked where is your nose? The ruffle at the bottom makes you feel cute. The dress is a size 10 made by Donna Rocco of New York. It comes a little above the knee and goes well with red tennis shoes or red heels!
