Sucrefas Blue Floral Dress Size XXL (PLEASE READ)

Reposhing this item I purchased from @vtslp200. Loved it, but the waist is too high on me. My loss is your gain! Gorgeous roses bloom and cute birds perch across a baby blue cotton background (color is closest to the original photos). The style gives a slight 1950s or early 60s vibe, with a full flared skirt and fitted bodice. For reference, my layout table is almost 40 inches wide, and I had to pleat the skirt a bit to fit. Perfect for dancing or girly twirling! Comes with a matching sash. The tag says XXL, but it fits more like a US 14. Measurements are provided in the photos. Compare to a comfortably-fitting top or dress you own to ensure a good fit. Bought NWT, washed, dried, and only worn a couple times. Stored in a smoke-free, cat-friendly home. Questions?
