Where are the sleeves cut?

@wmchestnut Hi! Originally this dress had sleeves that went to the wrist. I had the sleeves tailored so that now they sit on the upper arm. There are no raw cut edges. The sleeves are nicely sewed by a tailor.

Can you measure the chest and waist? It looks like this material probably doesn’t have stretch so just want to make sure it would fit.
