Suede Lace-Front Mini Skirt

This skirt is super cute, western, and SOFT! I bought it but the waist is too tight for me. I wear a small sized shirt, and a 27 in pants. I’m about 5’6 and 135 lbs, and it isn’t too tight on my butt or thighs, just on my waist! Comes from a clean, smoke-free home, and was never worn besides being tried on.
