Suede Leather Vintage Grommeted Jacket

Gorgeous tan super soft suede leather shirt jacket. 70's style with patch pockets. Hidden snap front & cuff closures. No signs of wear but missing two grommets as shown. Could possibly replace? There are so many on it that it's not super noticeable. I would say it fits like 4-6 but arms are pretty long. Would look awesome worn open with white turtleneck! Great fall throwback style!!!
