In my Opinion they run small so I have included the measurements and my estimate of a size 10.

Tag says 12 but listed as 10. How is the fit?

Hi, I purchased these. They are marked size 12 which is what I usually wear.
After they arrived I tried them on and too small. Couldn't zip or button them.
So I would say a size 10.
I'll add the measurements to the post.
