dmvstyle Size 44 is an XL, not a Medium

sailskiflip @dmvstyle thank you, I appreciate this help with my sizing. As I mentioned in the post, it's important to note the measurements included since the coat is not sized as S-M-L-XL. I chose M due to the measurements running similar to a M size coat I have posted. At it turns out, when I went in to correct it based on your feedback, I found a custom size entry option so, now it literally shows as 44. Thank you again!
