💥Suede rockabilly 🎸Fringe cowgirl skirt

This is very Anna Sui or Betsy Johnson. I've owned and loved it for years but want to pass it to its next owner. It snap buttons to close so it can go from waists as small as 30" and as large as 37". I think it's not real suede but a suede like fabric. So cute and playful! From top of waist to bottom of fringe it is $19".
