Made in the USA. 100% Cotton. Very good condition. The buttons are intact but are a little loose, see 11th photo, all 3 dangle like that. In the 12th photo, the section between my fingers is ever so slightly lighter, it appears the spot was cleaned. Maybe I am only noticing it because it was under my photo lights. I honestly don't think anyone else would even notice it.
