@grapefruitsoup yes it is! The brand dolls kill does run a bit small. I usually wear a size small in every brand but I had to size up for bottoms at this store!

@grapefruitsoup Hi! This skirt is not an A line fit skirt. It hugs the thighs and it’s bodycon, only part that sticks out is the ruffles💖 I will take a photo later of it on me when I get home! For reference, I’m 5’4 and usually wear a size small!
