This is a Sugarhill Brighton Florrie Winter Kiss Polka Dot Ruffle Dress NWOT--size 4 I have too many clothes for my small apartment, and am trying to clear my closet. Because of this, all items have been in storage and may need an iron. I do use packaging from other companies, as I don't want it ending up in landfills.
