Sugarlips tie-dyed ruffled zip-up mini skirt

Tie-dyed multi color ruffle zip mini skirt. Smoke-free home. Worn 1 time. Originally bought from a boutique storefront in Chicago. Brand name on tag says “sugar lips”. Says size small but could also fit XS. Elastic band. Location of tag indicates zipper should be in front but I wore it with zipper in the back. Top of waistband to bottom hem measures approximately 13 inches. Waistband measures approximately 14 inches across.
