Summer Breezy Palm Mini

Breezy mini dress with straps that tie at the shoulder and a v cut on both the front and back. Could fit a larger size depending on the desired fit (fits loosely on a medium). Pit to pit measurement is 20” and shoulder to hem is 34”. This would look so cute on the beach or on vacation. Lightly used.
