Summer Button front smocked Dress

Tag says Large but honestly fits like XS/S. Bought at a swap in L.A and I think the garment was made and originally sold in another country with different sizing. My maniquin Pinky is small and I can barely button the top. Bust is made for a 32/34 B. Really cute pockets in front with adjustable straps.
