Summer Coverup Dress from Korea

I picked this up at a Botieque in Seoul, South Korea a few years ago. It’s light weight and has a fun fringe detail at the sleeve. The print is only on the front, with a matching blue panel in the back. With the draw string, this garment could really fit sizes XL-XS.
