Summer Dress

Pre-loved beautiful lightweight off the shoulder dress. This is a pull over your head type of dress. The design is by Kate and Lily. Size 6. The material is sheer see through. The bottom of the dress does have a stretchy attached slip. Overall length is about 53 inches (bodice about 15 inches and skirt about 38 inches). The elastic waistband section is about 3 inches wide. Laying flat, the waistband measures about 10 inches across. When I pull the elastic and measure the waistband, I can get it to 15 inches with room to spare.
