Summer Dress + Flops 🌻

Cherokee pastel plaid halter dress in 3T. Can probably fit up to 5T because of the neck tie! The bloomers match but they did not come with the dress - they are Gymboree size 18-24 month but look big so I’m including them! The flip flops are new with tags with mermaids on them! Size medium - best guess is a size 6-8 (they were too small for my daughter who was in an 9 when she was gifted these).
