Blousy w/waist ribbon. 1st pic. shows dress tied at waist. 2” wide elastic band at top holds dress in place. Approx. 31” long w/o tying ( see 3rd pic.). Shorter, of course, when tied & shorter on sides. Nice for a larger bust. I’m a 32A & don’t fill it out enough.

randallr I wore this dress one time. I decided it’s just not all that flattering on me since my chest is so small. It’s a cute dress! Perfect for the beach or summer cookout.
