Summer Floral Polyester Dress. New Without Tags

Lightweight summer dress with pleats down the front and the back. This dress can be worn casually or for work. It looks good with a pair of sandals, flip flops, heels or a pair of slide ons. You can spruce it up by wearing a lightweight knit sweater or open front vest. The dress tag says a medium. I have tried to take pictures of measurements for a better accuracy of the size.
