Summer Halter dress

Selling used good condition summer halter dress with navy blue and red floral design. This dress was purchased at a 344 boutique (brand of dress is called o flux) but hasn't been worn at all this past summer so I'm selling it here. It can be worn strapless or with a halter that dress comes with. Not sure on the sizing but i would say a small!
