Summer Party Dress

Cute, cut-out mini dress with the coolest 70s-inspired blue heather pattern. Perfect for a summer party or even a music festival. Tagged large but is probably better suited for medium or even small. Could fit a large if they're on the shorter side (for reference I'm 6'0" and it barely hit the top of my thighs).
