Summer Romance Shirt Dress - Size 16, Etoille, Long Belted Dress

SUCH a great dress. Brand new with tags. Very special to me because my mom gave it to me, but it’s too small for me and I just know someone out there will wear it and love it. Perfect for a wedding or summer party. Does not button all the way down, only to about 1/3 of the way down. Beautiful mother of pearl-esque buttons and cap-style sleeves that fold over. The dress is collared and has 17-inch slits on each side at the bottom. I love that the belt hoops aren’t flimsy, they won’t break off. It’s a quality dress. Ptp: 25 Length: 57
