ohmystefania @nlim they would provide you a return for the dress and then i would get a new mailing slip for the shoes. i do have the shoes now. apologies for this, the response from support can just take a bit of time!

ohmystefania @nlim hi there, it looks like the status of the shoes is delivered but also cancelled. i have the shoes if you can let me know you’d like to proceed. the user sent their own return label and has been asking for the dress and speaking to my reputation as a seller for “taking their money.” has poshmark gotten back to you about the return? apologies in advance and thanks for your patience and cooperation.

nlim @ohmystefania hi, poshmark misunderstood my emails to them, and so they mistakenly decided i could keep the dress and get credit posted. I responded, explaining again that I want to return the dress and receive the shoes. I haven't received a response yet (I wrote last Tues or Wed), so I'm hoping they'll respond early this week.
