Summer beach dress / floral swim cover

Dark navy with pink and white floral print / pattern. Empire elastic waist and babydoll shape. Super soft and comfortable—perfect for summer. I cut the tags out a long time ago (I think they were uncomfortable), but I believe the brand is Free People. However, it could also be a beach brand like Roxy; I’m not certain.
