Summer cocktail dress

Beautiful cocktail dress. This has never been worn, only tried on. Purchased from Francesca’s. White dress with blue stripe design. Size M. Adjustable spaghetti straps. Two side pockets. Zip up back. Double lined. Fitted at top, flows at the bottom. As pictured, there is a little tiny small black mark on the chest. Unsure how it got there, as this has never been worn. I did not attempt to clean it, as it did not want to ruin/stain the dress. This is gorgeous. My loss, your gain! Dress: 97% cotton 3% spandex. Lining: 100% polyester.
