Simple modest summertime dress! This dress is so cute and can be dressed up or worn casual with a cute jean jacket. It’s a halter top with a cute rope style tie. It sits just above the knee so it’s not too short but also has that flirty flare. I’ve only worn it once because it doesn’t quite fit me but it’s so very cute
