melissab1210 Is this off the shoulder or can it be worn normally? Can you post bust and waist measurements?

shellyscloset22 @melissab1210 hi!!! :) The waist is 26 inches but it’s elastic so it stretches comfortably to 34 inches. The bust is 36 inches but stretches comfortably to 42 inches. I am 5’4 145 pounds waist 32, bust 40 and it’s fits me well! Perfect for summer ! I would wear it normally but it can also be worn off the shoulder! :) works great Both ways !
