Summer dress

White with black designs, bling on front! Tried to show the bling up close. It looks like a couple missing little stones, but it's hard to tell. Lace up tie to tease the cleavage, lace design upper back in V shape. Cool to the touch, lightweight fabric that feels nice in the skin. Offer welcome, must go! Happy shopping:)
