ssadkin Hello. It’s hard to tell without wearing. Lol The dress was my daughters and she isn’t home to try back on. However I’ll try to give u an estimate. It’s possible it’s 35 inches. I could be off since it’s not tried on.

ssadkin The waist is about 26 and the other measurement is about 13 inches. It’s hard to tell without trying on to see where the waist part sits in the person. It’s a more stretchy fabric. Very nice and lays great on the person. Very pretty for this time of year !
