Summer dress and top set

this is a very comfy sarong long shirt with a matching top, great for warm nights on the beach! they are 90% polyester and 10% Spandex. the skirt tag says medium but fits like a small, the waist is 12" laying flat, it is stretchy, and 35" long. the top does not have a size tag, I am a c cup and it fits great, with the spandex I am sure it has some more give, from armpit to armpit it measures 14", with a total length from neck to bottom of 15 1/2".
