Summer dress lightweight

This dress was bought in Bermuda and only worn once. It is a very light material and has hi/lo hem. There are small rhinestones on the dress and none seem to be missing.The bust does have pads for modesty but are not well fitted to the pocket they reside in. There is no slit to take them out. The material is thin and in the right light is somewhat sheer. There is a tie in the back. Back neck to bottom high point is 33" Armpit to bottom low point is 35" Across the waist is 13" with the material at rest. It does stretch.
